As a UK chartered psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professional Council (HCPC) and an accredited cognitive behavioural therapist with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP), I care about your well-being. My goal is to help you achieve greater resilience and happiness in your daily life by giving you the tools you need to tackle life's challenges.
With a doctorate in Health Psychology from City University in London, I have a wealth of clinical experience and expertise in a range of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Mindfulness, Dialectic Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Hypnotherapy. I offer therapy in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin and am currently a network therapist at Aviva, AXA, Bupa, Vitality, and WPA.

My clinical focus is on helping individuals struggling with issues related to post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, general anxiety disorder, and other common psychological issues.
