Look On The Bright Side


For many people staying on the positive side may not be easy because of their past experience. Psychologists tell us our body remember the pains as a defence mechanism for future danger. However, if we keep predicting the worse possible thing our stress might risk damaging our immunity before anything else. I see highly emotionally effective people sleep soundly over adverse situations. It is still good to look more on the positive side in adversity, at the same time be more solution focus.

5 – 從積極的角度看

對於許多人來說,因為他們過去的經歷,向積極一面可能並不容易。 心理學家告訴我們,我們的身體記住以前的痛苦,為迎戰未來危險而建立的防禦機制。 但是,如果我們繼續預測事情會以最糟的景況出現,那麼在任何事情發生之前,我們的免疫力已因為壓力而受到損害。 我看到情商高的人士在不利的情況下仍安然入睡。 不如改變一下慣性思維, 在逆境中多從積極的方面觀望,同時集中精神解決問題。
