Let Bygones Be Bygones

Letting go of unhappy memories is easy to say but hard to do. Psychologists say that people who keep ruminating the past are more likely to be depressed than those who don’t. Should we or should we not think or talk about the past? Let me put it this way, it is better to reconcile with the past before we let it go. Unhappy memories are like a wounded arm, it needed healing before it can function properly again.
